Important Information for Spartan Athletics

Dear Spartans,

Thank you to so many of you for showing up to the fall sports parent meeting. We will continue to have a meeting before each sports session this year. Starting next year we will have 1 General Meeting at the very start of the school year.

This message contains important information about the upcoming sports season and summer workouts. Please read it carefully.

  This is full of resources to help you navigate the procedures and policies that are important for families to know!
• SportsYou is the communication app that EVERY team will use going forward. Coaches should NOT be engaging via texts or other apps(outside of email) with students. 
• At the bottom of this email are links that will help you navigate any of the important Nuts and Bolts in the Athletic Department
• We will be rolling out Tickets information early  next week.

Important Meetings:

First Official Fall Practice:

• August 4th: Boys Golf and Football
• August 11th: All other fall sports
• Important: All fall sport athletes must be fully registered to participate in official practice. We strongly encourage completing the registration process at least one week before the first official practice to ensure clearance.

Sports Registration:

• Sports registration is completed online by clicking here.
• All athletes must be registered before participating in their first official practice.
• If an athlete does not make the team, a full refund will be issued.
• We strongly encourage completing registration one week before the first official practice to ensure the athlete is cleared to participate on the first day.
